      Annapurna Sanctuary Trek Difficulty

Trekking through the Himalayan alpine land at an altitude above 4000m is a difficult task. Remarked as a moderate to demanding trek, many factors make the Annapurna Sanctuary trek difficult, the distance of the trek trail is normally a 5 to 6 hours continuous hike with a half an hour break at the somehow midpoint to have a Lunch and again using those minerals consumed to use it back for the trail.

Secondly, we will gradually be gaining altitude, there are many cases in our history of trekkers suffering from altitude sickness and still making it to the peak point but it is a serious issue in altitude and sometimes have to operate a rescue operation which also makes your insurance policy mandatory.

Our Guides will be in operation for your well-being, continuously check on your performance and difficulty, and make sure to motivate you in the journey at all costs. Our porters will help you in carrying your excess backpack so you can easily focus on your trail.

Best time to trek to Annapurna Sanctuary

Annapurna Sanctuary trek is one of the prime, devoted, and culturally believed trekking destinations of Nepal, Mid-September to mid-November and March to May are the best times to trek to the Annapurna Sanctuary. There are stunning views and a bright, mild climate. At most elevations, average temperatures are usually agreeable for hiking, the atmosphere is typically clear, and snowfall and rain hardly and occasionally occur.

December, January, and March are the best month to trek if you want to get away from the masses and enjoy solitude with nature. Nevertheless, most visitors might find the wintertime climate challenge. Rain will impact summer or monsoon traveling (the month of June to August).

Accommodation in the Annapurna Sanctuary trekking route

Tea Houses are Comfortable inns operated by local family members who provide lodging along the trail. Each Tea house has a fundamental public area that is heated and cosy thanks to a large stove. The bedrooms are usually furnished with two beds, mattresses, pillowcases, and blankets, and they are not ignited. You must carry a sleeping bag.

Accommodations typically have gas-powered hot water and often utilize sit-down toilet facilities and some of them have started to adopt the western squat toilets. Outstanding native Nepalese cuisine and western dishes are served in the Tea House.

A typical meal consists of fries and burgers or dal Bhat with rice. In the Tea Houses and grocery stores, you can buy anything from beer to steamed dumplings, fresh baked goods to stir-fries. Additionally, numerous stores are selling a variety of snacks, drinks, candies, and chocolate.

Length and terrain of Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

The Annapurna Sanctuary trek is moderately difficult, in our opinion. It provides excellent and progressive acclimatization and is one of the simpler treks in the Annapurna region. You will still need a minimal level of fitness because you will be walking for 5 to 6 hours each day.

The breathtaking Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is a great way to get started hiking in the Himalayas. It ascends to the well-known locations of Poon Hill, Annapurna Base Camp, and Machhapuchare Base Camp and provides jaw-dropping views all across the journey. One peak over 8,000 meters, thirteen peaks over 7,000 meters, and 16 more peaks were observed all over 6,000 meters make up the 34-mile-long, inter Annapurna Mountain range.

With fewer than 200 successful summit attempts and an extremely high mortality rate, it frequently alludes to one of the most potential dangers on our globe. Luckily, our trek is considerably less taxing and even somewhat relaxing.
